Spring Time in NYC

Saturday, April 3rd. Spring time is in the air. The city is one massive crowd these days. It happens at this time every year. As soon as the sun comes out the people do too. I always say that those who aren't brave enough to venture out during the winter shouldn't be allowed to come out during the spring time either. It's not fair to us loyal city goers! .:smh:.  But what can you do? I have no choice but to share the bus and the city streets with everyone else eager to enjoy the day. This particular Saturday we took the bus in and met our friends Heidi and Archer (9 weeks old!) for lunch at a yummy Mexican restaurant near Time Square. I guess the place is not that well known, despite the good food, because it was pretty empty when we walked on. Plus the waiters were pleasant and very accommodating. Whew! Sebastian ended up taking a nap on my lap when the food arrived which actually worked out well for me. I got to eat and he got his zzzz and when it was time to leave he was up and ready to look at all the people and sites around us. I let him face forward which he really seemed to enjoy. His pal Archer, still a newbie, slept most of the outing. It was a great lunch and nice walk around Time Square, almost without incident. Until Sebastian ended up having an accident on the bus ride home. Let's just say I arrived home with a wet Sebastian, wet Baby Bjorn and wet sweater. Oh the glamour of being a mommy! ;)

(Here we are on our way out for lunch in the big apple. I didn't realize until after we were dressed that we were matching!)
